You will bridge stakeholders and development teams to drive product requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and assign story points using Agile methodologies.
• Manage requirements in Jira to ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key data.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify product functionality meets business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or software company.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud communication and telephony systems.
