Drive requirements and process modeling for AI agentic software delivery projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create documentation for Agile delivery teams.
• Model business processes to support GenAI, NLP, and LLM-based agent implementations.
• Interface between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and track agent KPIs and prompt testing frameworks.
• Collaborate within cross-location Agile teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis for software or product delivery.
• Experience with LLM and AI agent lifecycle concepts, including prompt design, RLHF, A2A, and MCP.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and LangChain.
• Exposure to GCP and Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Direct project experience involving GenAI, NLP, or chatbots.
