Description

This role bridges business strategy and data engineering, owning financial modeling, reporting, and Databricks pipeline development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and define reporting needs.
• Build budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks for data transformation and cleansing.
• Design interactive Power BI dashboards and executive reporting packages with clear visual storytelling.
• Automate recurring reports and manual processes using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, finance analytics, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
• Expert-level Microsoft Power BI for dashboard design and maintenance.
• Strong finance acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and pandas for data wrangling and automation.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, and VBA/macros.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP.
• Knowledge of the Azure data ecosystem.
