Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
Between three (3) and seven (7) years of business analysis experience in State government within the Human Service domain with a focus on fair hearings conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, managing requirements throughout the SDLC, and developing artifacts for business and technical stakeholders. Business artifacts include developing business process flows, user stories, business rules catalogs, data dictionaries, wireframes, and specifications that align with program standards.
Between three (3) and seven (7) years of experience in an Integrated Eligibility System program, implementing web-based applications for clients and workers, within an iterative/agile development and delivery methodology and aligning requirements with federal standards, conditions, and regulations
