You will gather and manage requirements for state government human service programs, focusing on fair hearings and integrated eligibility systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and analyze needs for business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop business artifacts including process flows, user stories, data dictionaries, wireframes, and specifications.
• Manage requirements throughout the SDLC, ensuring alignment with program standards and federal regulations.
• Implement web-based applications using iterative/agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3-7 years of business analysis experience in State government Human Service domains.
• Experience with fair hearings processes.
• Proficiency in SDLC management and agile development.
• Strong ability to create business rules catalogs and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of integrated eligibility systems and web-based application implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience aligning requirements with federal standards and conditions.
