Description

You will act as the primary or lead analyst driving requirements and testing lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional business requirements for technology teams.
• Analyze and document business processes, including workflows, data input/output activities, and data element descriptions.
• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, including the creation of test plans and reports.
• Manage defects using industry-standard tools to identify, prioritize, track, and resolve problems.
• Translate technical information into clear documentation for business and program stakeholders.
• Determine requirement priorities among diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience as a primary or lead Business Analyst.
• 7 years of experience in defect management, creating test plans, and generating test reports.
• 5 years of experience documenting business processes and workflow activities.
• 5 years of experience eliciting and documenting business-approved requirements.
• 4 years of experience planning and executing test strategies.
• 4 years of experience translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience as a systems analyst, software engineer, or developer.
• 3 years of experience managing stakeholder priorities.
• 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or QA tester on a Cúram Social Program Management application.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
