Description

You will act as a Level II Business Analyst driving requirements analysis for enterprise software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and systems analysis, including elicitation and validation of requirements.
• Produce detailed requirements documentation such as user stories, use cases, screen prototypes, and specifications.
• Perform business process reengineering and optimization by formulating To-Be processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and technical teams, to leverage requirements across multiple business areas.
• Manage the full analysis lifecycle of a project independently.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4 to 7 years of client-focused requirements analysis experience.
• 4 to 7 years of experience on enterprise-level software development projects.
• 4 to 7 years of experience creating user stories, use cases, and screen prototypes.
• 4 to 7 years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization.
• 4 to 7 years of experience identifying and documenting requirements across technical and business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience with legal or adjudicative court hearings, appeals, or court procedures.
• 4 to 7 years of experience using requirements management tools like Blueprint Storyteller.
