Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of software enhancements and new development projects as a Software Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business, functional, non-functional, and security requirements through direct user engagement.
• Analyze and document complex business rules, workflow processes, and process re-engineering strategies.
• Lead requirements sessions and meetings with business and program subject matter experts.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including business/system process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, UI mockups, and technical specifications.
• Execute QA-related testing tasks, including full system testing against business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Analyst working on software enhancements or new development.
• Extensive experience in all application development phases: requirements analysis, design, development, data conversion, testing, and maintenance.
• Proven track record managing systems with more than 10 use cases and reports.
• Proficiency in creating business requirements, process flows, and user documentation.
• 6-8 months of experience using Visio, Balsamiq, Blueprint, or similar BA tools for process flows and wireframes.
• Experience performing full system testing to validate business requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science.
