Description

You will support the transition of the Grants Gateway into the Statewide Financial System (SFS). You own requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and detailed design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process conversion to ensure a smooth transition for vendors and state agency users.
• Test builds of the SFG Grants Management functionality and report defects.
• Provide first-level help desk support and implementation services for enterprise IT projects.
• Develop user manuals and training materials to assist agency users with conversion efforts.

Required Skills

• 60 months of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and producing written documentation.
• 36 months of experience testing enterprise IT project builds and defect reporting.
• 36 months of experience providing implementation support services for enterprise IT projects.
• Experience in system design and implementation.
• Knowledge of SFS.
• 12 months of experience as a state employee or consultant supporting state enterprise grants or financial management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
