You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technical solutions for banking and wealth management systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate complex needs into technical specifications.
• Map business processes using flow diagrams, use cases, and functional documentation.
• Create test plans and execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure system functionality meets regulatory standards including MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Banking and Wealth Management domains.
• Hands-on experience with Global Plus, Charles River, and Pershing platforms.
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, client reporting, compliance, and trade execution.
• Proven ability to document functional specifications and process flows.
• Experience managing requirements through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of system integration technologies and API frameworks.
