Description

You will drive business requirements gathering and process re-engineering for software enhancements, migrations, and new development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business requirements through JAAD sessions, client interviews, and focus groups.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with subject matter experts and technical specifications sessions with engineering staff.
• Analyze transaction-based applications, complex business rules, workflow processes, and data migration scenarios.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, UI mockups, and technical specifications.
• Support all application development phases from initial requirements and design through testing and report maintenance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on software enhancements, migrations, or new development.
• 5+ years of experience performing transaction-based application analysis and documenting complex business rules.
• 6+ years of experience leading requirements sessions with SMEs and technical staff.
• 6+ years of experience creating business requirements, process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, and UI mockups.
• 5+ years of experience across the full application development lifecycle, including testing and report maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience supporting regulatory authority applications.
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office and Visio for project documentation.
