Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of business requirements and quality assurance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements from customers and system artifacts, maintaining them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop process documentation including use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, system, and regression testing.
• Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation and map requirements to test cases to ensure coverage.
• Track application defects through to resolution and perform retesting as required.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation.
• 3-4 years of experience developing use cases, process flows, and data dictionaries.
• 3-4 years of QA experience including manual testing and test script execution.
• Experience using HP ALM, Quality Center, or equivalent testing tools.
• Proven ability to document, track, and resolve application defects.
• Strong proficiency in process documentation and requirement mapping.
• Experience executing regression and functional tests.
