Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements for healthcare or insurance systems.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across large-scale enterprise health systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with CMS guidelines, federal mandates, and state policies.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong experience with Medicaid and ACA eligibility & enrollment systems.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale, enterprise health systems.
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines, federal mandates, and state policies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in state government health projects.
