You will document business and system requirements to ensure design and delivery align with organizational needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document as-is and to-be requirements using prescribed methodologies and toolkits.
• Create context diagrams, process flows, use cases, data dictionaries, and user interface specifications.
• Conduct systems and data analysis for current and legacy systems.
• Elicit requirements through meetings with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executive teams.
• Perform peer reviews of work products and adhere to project timelines and priorities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in system planning and design.
• Experience documenting process flows and use cases.
• Ability to develop data dictionaries and UI specifications.
• Experience conducting systems and data analysis on legacy systems.
• Proven ability to manage requirements elicitation with executive-level stakeholders.
