Own the end-to-end analysis lifecycle for medium to high complexity initiatives, from elicitation to post-implementation review.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including process maps and user stories.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to design scalable solutions.
• Drive process improvement using data analysis, metrics, and industry best practices.
• Support project delivery through impact analysis, testing coordination, and defect triage.
• Ensure alignment with internal governance standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business and process analysis.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Background in governance, compliance, or audit-aligned delivery environments.
