Description

You will analyze propositions and assess decision-making factors including strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk to support agency needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to define product approaches that meet specified user needs.
• Map internal, agency, and external resources and define necessary skill requirements.
• Analyze and map risks associated with product approaches and propose mitigation solutions.
• Define how predicted user and financial benefits will be realized and how channel shift will be measured.
• Assess budget availability for proposed approaches and ongoing running costs.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• 3 years of experience specifically in business systems analysis and design.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and implementing methodology and scope for complex projects.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance for deliverables.
• Knowledge of ensuring processes meet stringent regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps in measurement tools.
• Ability to rationalize complex information and interrogate reported data for inconsistencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
