Description

You will analyze propositions and assess decision-making factors including strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk. You will define methods for realizing predicted user and financial benefits and measuring channel shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to define product approaches that meet specific user needs.
• Map internal, agency, and external resource requirements including skill sets and specialist contractors.
• Analyze budgets for proposed approaches and identify provision for ongoing running costs.
• Identify, map, and propose mitigation solutions for risks associated with product approaches.
• Perform requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance for all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
• Experience analyzing and compiling business requirements to ensure technical, operational, and legal support.
• Ability to develop, coordinate, and implement methodology and scope for multiple complex projects.
• Strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps and inconsistencies in measurement tools.
• Knowledge of open source and cloud technologies and various development methodologies.
• Ability to rationalize complex information and challenge inconsistent data sources.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
