Description

You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in Contact Center subject matter and IVR systems within a large-scale banking or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Document business and functional requirements, including data flow, business rules, use cases, and end-to-end solution architecture.
• Translate data logic and transformations into technical solutions by working between business and development teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, specifically leading Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues or data quality inquiries.
• Support QA and UAT teams during testing phases and assist developers in resolving bugs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role within a complex banking or major consulting organization.
• 7 years of experience working in an Agile Way of Working.
• Subject matter expertise in Contact Center operations and IVR.
• Ability to write moderate to complex queries for data analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting Data Ingestion squads and navigating Agile processes and structures.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent software for documenting and tracking user stories.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture components including Services, ODM, Databases, S, and BPM.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
