Key Responsibilities
• Identify and document E360 performance improvement requirements through stakeholder workshops, usage analysis, and SME interviews.
• Translate performance improvement needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for Power Platform development.
• Map current-state E360 performance issues (load times, workflow bottlenecks, data rendering delays) to proposed technical solutions.
• Support prioritization of the E360 performance enhancement backlog in alignment with HR business priorities and the Morgan Stanley platform roadmap.
• Coordinate UAT for E360 performance improvements: develop test scenarios, manage stakeholder testing, and track defects through to resolution.
• Maintain the RAID log for the E360 Performance Improvement workstream.
• Partner with the Tech Lead on technical requirement translation and integration design discussions.
• Produce business-facing status updates and release communications for each E360 performance enhancement release.
Skills & Experience Required
• 5+ years BA experience on enterprise HR or workflow technology programs.
• Experience managing continuous improvement and backlog execution on live production platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong Agile/Scrum practice; experienced managing enhancement backlogs in iterative delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• US EST business-hour availability required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience on E360 or similar HR decisioning/workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with Snowflake data performance concepts.
• Experience in financial services or regulated HR technology environments
