Responsibilities

• Develop and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Design system-to-system communication, contracts, interfaces, and sequence diagrams.
• Drive solution implementation while maintaining high quality standards.
• Interpret customer business needs into actionable application and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expert proficiency in SQL queries.
• Practical understanding of system communication patterns and integration.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects independently or in a team.
