Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for system changes.
• Model current and future-state business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Support system testing activities to validate delivered functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis capacity.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or WMS.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data flow design.
