You will serve as the primary liaison between business needs and technical solutions, translating requirements into actionable development tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and model business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder goals.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze complex business problems and propose viable technical solutions.
• Communicate technical specifications clearly to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding.
• Support system testing phases and ensure adherence to established development lifecycles.
• Map and document process flows for enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and WMS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and business process modeling.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or custom applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools for querying and interpreting business data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API integrations and data flow design.
• Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
