Description

You will analyze business functions, document requirements using Agile methods, and support project design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with management to define business needs, objectives, and operational procedures.
• Analyze the integration of business functions with technology to support project design.
• Identify and document business processes from legacy application data systems.
• Build and support the management and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Create user stories and capture technical requirements during Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• Three years of experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Two years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), writing user stories, and maintaining a product backlog.
• Experience creating requirements documentation for complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis principles.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireframe/mockup applications like Figma.
• Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP.
