Description

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs and problem statements into clear functional and technical requirements.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to drive project delivery.
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights.
Support dashboards, KPI reporting, analytics, and executive-level reporting.
Collaborate with technical teams on data flows, integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Define acceptance criteria and support UAT, testing, and defect resolution
