Provide data analytics and reporting for manufacturing operations, covering new product introduction, production, overhaul, and repair programs. Responsibilities Deliver business analytics and reporting to functional areas and specific projects. Perform quantitative analyses to support customer proposals with technical and operational insights. Develop metrics by collaborating with stakeholders to define data visualization and reporting requirements. Translate business results into actionable metrics and recommendations to improve performance. Analyze manufacturing processes to formulate recommendations that meet project requirements. Required Skills 3-5 years of experience using PowerBI and MS Excel. Proficiency in performing data analysis and writing SQL queries. Experience in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement, specifically in high mix - low volume production. Ability to communicate operational processes and procedures to internal and external contacts. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills In-depth competency with Tableau, SharePoint, and Power Apps. Advanced use of MS PowerPoint for reporting.
