Description

Act as the primary liaison between vendors, state business teams, and technical groups to support Child Care subsidy program implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor deliverables and provide formal recommendations for approval or required changes.
• Participate in requirements validation, system configuration, and design sessions.
• Validate testing protocols, execution, test cases, and test data across all project phases.
• Assist with process redesign, documentation, and functional testing of new solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments.
• 3-5 years of experience with IBM Cúram Social Program Management platform solutions.
• Direct experience with business functions associated with administering Child Care subsidy programs.
• Proven experience performing functional testing within the IBM Cúram platform.
• Strong understanding of project management lifecycles and hybrid agile environments.
• Experience with system configuration.
• Ability to maintain working relationships with implementation vendors and state technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within state government, social services, or Child Care programs.
