Description

Own the requirements, backlog, and UAT for E360 performance improvements on the Power Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document E360 performance improvement requirements through stakeholder workshops and usage analysis.
• Translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for Power Platform development.
• Map current-state issues like load times and workflow bottlenecks to technical solutions.
• Support backlog prioritization and maintain the RAID log for the performance workstream.
• Coordinate UAT, develop test scenarios, and track defects through resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years BA experience on enterprise HR or workflow technology programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong Agile/Scrum practice with experience managing enhancement backlogs.
• Experience managing continuous improvement on live production platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• US EST business-hour availability required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience on E360 or similar HR decisioning/workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with Snowflake data performance concepts.
• Experience in financial services or regulated HR technology environments.
