Translate business requirements into functional specifications and drive solution delivery for enterprise platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, user analysis, and SME interviews.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze platform performance issues and collaborate with technical teams to define effective solutions.
• Support backlog prioritization in alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise HR, workflow, or business application programs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery practices.
• Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives and enhancement backlogs for production platforms.
• Ability to maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise HR workflow or decisioning platforms.
• Familiarity with data performance and optimization concepts.
• Experience working within financial services or other regulated enterprise environments.
