Description

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for Martech and campaign management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to align technical implementation with business goals.
• Participate in client workshops to define campaign and offer strategies.
• Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis to provide insights and recommendations on campaign performance.
• Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and platform usage.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms.
