You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through detailed documentation and requirement refinement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document existing systems and business processes to establish baseline requirements.
• Interview users to identify functional requirements for new developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and developers to refine project technical specifications.
• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to secure business unit approval for requirements and test plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Master's degree.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Experience conducting JAD sessions.
• Ability to perform data analysis and write database inquiries.
• Experience documenting systems development methodology processes and artifacts.
• Proven track record of coordinating test planning and requirement tracking.
