You will drive application rationalization efforts by evaluating the effectiveness and strategic alignment of the existing application portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assess business applications to evaluate functionality, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to gather requirements and document user stories through workshops.
• Analyze application usage and performance data to provide recommendations for retention, replacement, retirement, or consolidation.
• Document findings and decisions clearly to support strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization.
• Communicate technical and non-technical insights to stakeholders to ensure buy-in for proposed changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on application rationalization or portfolio management.
• Strong proficiency in application lifecycle management.
• Proven ability in business process analysis and IT governance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience conducting thorough application assessments and performance analysis.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and elicit requirements across diverse departments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
