Description

Own business analysis, requirements gathering, and UAT for banking operations in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for banking systems and processes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs.
• Create process maps and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably with Jack Henry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Daily use of Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Proven ability to map complex business processes and write clear documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in banking operations and financial services.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
