Description

Support the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions on-site in Arlington, VA. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and train users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create Power Automate flows to optimize business workflows.
• Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and technical staff.
• Develop training materials, configuration documentation, and management reports using Power BI.
• Perform functional testing and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on-site in a government or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to perform functional testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
