Description

Support the deployment and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Task Management Tool.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, project sponsors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct process improvement activities and develop Power Automate flows to optimize workflows.
• Provide classroom training, desk-side support, and update training materials for end-users.
• Assist with functional testing, troubleshooting, and generating management reports using Power BI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives and driving user adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, Virginia, with no remote work options.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting government or federal projects.
