Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and technical artifacts for development pods in an agile scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to facilitate scrum ceremonies for multiple business systems and processes.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with actionable acceptance criteria.
• Create high-level and low-level process flows and maintain a groomed story backlog.
• Perform impact, risk, and GAP analysis while reviewing test plans, test cases, and traceability.
• Develop technical artifacts including SRS, RTM, and FSD, and manage the defect remediation process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience creating System Requirement Documents (SRS).
• Expertise in maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Proficiency in developing Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Ability to conduct requirement verification and validation sessions.
• Experience working with UX analysts to validate prototypes.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Computer Science/Application, or a related field.
