Description

You will support the software lifecycle by managing vendor-managed software, including maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
• Work with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimizations.
• Document business requirements and communicate software configurations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain test scripts, run regression tests, and manage user acceptance testing.
• Identify integration points and manage reporting and dashboard maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role supporting the software lifecycle.
• 1+ years of experience working with COMPAS software.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Experience working in Agile environments and system development.
• Expertise in business process mapping using Visio flow diagrams.
• Experience with change management systems and vendor-based application release cycles.
• Proven ability in ticket management and test automation.
• Experience with IT systems integration and cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of total working experience in relevant IT or business analysis roles.
