Lead business analysis and project delivery within the asset management domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements to design customized solutions.
• Create detailed workflow diagrams and data mapping documentation.
• Lead and direct team members to achieve measurable project results.
• Coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across multiple groups and teams.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge in finance or asset management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in workflow documentation using Visio.
• Hands-on experience with Balsamiq, Jira, and Tableau.
• Advanced experience working with Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles from analysis to documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
