Description

You will interpret business needs and operational requirements for grants management and loan servicing functions to design technological solutions that improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise-wide customer business needs to participate in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
• Evaluate and document business processes and workflows using activity diagrams, scenarios, flowcharts, and workflow analysis.
• Gather information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and translate high-level information into detailed requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams, program staff, and senior leadership to ensure system designs meet user needs.
• Perform complex administrative duties and statistical, financial, or operational data analysis to support management decision making.

Required Skills

• 3 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with funds distribution and payment processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use various databases and spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and administrative support.
• Experience in project management techniques throughout the project life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with grants management and loan servicing processes.
