Description

You will own requirements analysis, process documentation, and user acceptance testing for a multi-year project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and code reviews.
• Verify that system requirements are traceable, consistent, complete, and testable.
• Write and maintain test plans, scripts, and checklists to track application changes.
• Execute software testing to verify function, performance, and integration against standards.
• Document application failures and defects, managing them through the tracking system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• 3+ years converting business requirements into technical specifications.
• 5+ years documenting business processes using Visio.
• 3+ years working within Agile methodology.
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SQL skills.

Preferred Skills

• Medicaid or MMIS subject matter expertise.
