Description

You will bridge the gap between decision makers, system owners, and end-users to define operational requirements and resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

  • Define business, financial, and operations requirements while identifying systems goals.
  • Create Current State and Future State process documentation and business process models.
  • Coordinate meetings between end-user departments, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Partner with development and analytic teams to identify software reporting options.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prioritize deliverables, gather requirements, and assist in Change Management activities.
  • Execute Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing to ensure technical solution delivery.
  • Conduct hardware and software research to support purchasing recommendations.
  • Serve as a liaison for customer professional service and support requests.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Experience with Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Proficiency in Change Management processes.
  • Ability to develop process models and documentation.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and functional testing.
  • Ability to document Current State and Future State processes.
  • Any Graduate degree.
