You will bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users by producing clear documentation for web interfaces, command-line tools, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Interview subject matter experts, developers, and technical staff to collect information and develop product documentation.
• Create public-facing guides including how-to manuals, troubleshooting documentation, tutorials, and quick-start guides.
• Translate complex technical information into concise documents for audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Design, and Engineering teams within an agile environment.
• Submit drafts for technical review and incorporate feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with application or infrastructure technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts including networks, infrastructure, big data, and cloud computing.
• Experience communicating with developers and SMEs to coordinate work across multiple departments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with advanced formatting capabilities.
• Proficiency in working with Product, Architecture, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to learn new technical systems quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Agile software development process and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with structured documents using XML/HTML, Markdown, or DocBook.
• Project management experience.
