Description

You will support the implementation of Case Management and Legislative and Agenda Management systems through technical consultation and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility analysis, project scoping, and deliverable prioritization in coordination with management and Project Managers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Document Current State and Future State processes and develop business process models.
• Coordinate data extraction and interpretation from various databases to provide analytic support.
• Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience in full systems development life cycles.
• 5+ years of experience in customer interfacing, project oversight, and customer presentations.
• Extensive knowledge of IT system integration and cloud migration.
• Proven ability to document Case Management and Legislative Management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, estimation, and technical solution delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT or equivalent graduate degree.
