Description

You will translate business objectives into technical requirements through research, stakeholder consultation, and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation of Business Requirements using traditional approaches or Business Process and Analysis (BPA) methodologies.
• Develop System Requirements (SRQs), including detailed process flows and use cases.
• Manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) by mapping SRQs to Business Requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure solution designs and test plans meet defined requirements.
• Identify project stakeholders, risks, and dependencies while providing regular status reporting on project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering.
• Proficiency in Jira for task and requirement management.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong background in testing, including support for software debugging and UAT plans.
• Ability to perform report analysis to support fact-finding and research.
• Experience documenting assumptions and assessing system change impacts.
• Ability to communicate technical implications to non-technical contributors.
