Description

You will lead the migration of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes from Team Foundation Server (TFS) to Jira within a healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current TFS setups, including workflows, customizations, and integrations, to develop a migration strategy and risk mitigation plan.
• Map TFS data structures to Jira, including work items, backlogs, sprints, and user stories, ensuring data integrity through extraction and transformation.
• Configure Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, automation rules, and dashboards to align with organizational requirements.
• Integrate Jira with existing tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct team training sessions and develop documentation to support smooth adoption post-migration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ALM processes and migrations.
• Extensive experience with TFS and Jira platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience using migration tools like OpsHub or custom APIs.
• Ability to manage complex project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on Jira configuration and administration.
• Experience integrating Jira with the Atlassian suite, including Confluence, Bitbucket, or Bamboo.
• Experience migrating complex workflows, dependencies, and historical data.
