Description

You will act as the primary bridge between business teams defining API requirements and back-end development teams managing systems and data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements for custom application development and enhancements.
• Facilitate JAAD sessions and interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to define project scope.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria while managing product backlog items through the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA testers, and project managers within an Agile framework.
• Prioritize product enhancements and technical debt in coordination with key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Experience participating in sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proficiency using Jira or similar tools for documenting and tracking requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with distributed teams and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in evolving environments.
• Experience working with onsite-offshore models and complex organizational structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud technologies or AWS DevOps.
• Knowledge of Java and SQL.
