Description

You will act as a BA/QA Analyst supporting the full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements, design, and development phases throughout the SDLC.
• Execute testing, documentation, and deployment tasks.
• Coordinate with business unit SMEs, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.
• Provide ongoing operations, support, and maintenance for project deliverables.
• Drive project goals by meeting client expectations and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience across the full SDLC.
• Proven background in BA/QA Analyst roles.
• Experience working with Business Unit SMEs and Business Analysts.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
