Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of privileged access and identity management requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate privileged access use cases into functional requirements for business and technical teams.
• Document current and future state workflows for identity, access, and privilege management.
• Collaborate with CyberArk Engineers to design and validate PAM solutions and maintain the onboarding pipeline.
• Analyze privileged access data to identify risks and opportunities for automation.
• Serve as the primary contact between engineering teams and business owners for standards and process guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in IAM/PAM programs and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and PAM fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and AD/LDAP environments.
• Proficiency in documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows) and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with IT audit, compliance, and risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CyberArk Client components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure access models.
