Description

You will own the efficiency of procurement systems and drive process optimization using M365 tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize the efficiency of existing procurement tools.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support strategic sourcing.
• Refine workflows using M365 systems to increase productivity.
• Lead analytical projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system management or business analysis.
• Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Strong critical thinking and advanced data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar software systems.
• Experience working independently with a self-motivated mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certification in SharePoint or Power Platform.
• Background in procurement or supply chain operations.
