You will partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for banking operations and financial reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support initiatives related to banking operations, financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with data analysis, validation, queries, and reconciliation efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and traceability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements and business processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of banking operations, financial products, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting regulatory, risk, compliance, or finance-related initiatives.
• Exposure to banking platforms, reporting systems, or data warehouses.
