Lead client communications and workshops to translate business and scientific needs into clear solution designs and delivery-ready requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, manage, and groom the product backlog to support roadmap definition from initial data retrieval to advanced reasoning and decision support.
• Lead the architecture and design of UIs, UX workflows, paper prototyping, and Azure-based agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with engineering on AI agent orchestration, tool usage, data integration, security, scalability, and performance.
• Identify new AI use cases within R&D and formulation to broaden solution scope and value.

Required Skills

• Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering (5 years proficiency).
• CPG Domain Knowledge, specifically Food & Beverage R&D (4 years proficiency).
• Understanding of CPG R&D workflows (3 years proficiency).
• Agentic AI Azure Solution Architecture, including Azure OpenAI, Foundry, and AI Search (4 years proficiency).
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills (5 years proficiency).
• Relational Databases and Data Modeling Concepts (2-3 years proficiency).

Preferred Skills

• Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems Architectures.
• Conversational AI and NLP Systems.
• Consulting or Discovery-Phase Project Experience.
